What's in your bag?

I am joining the bandwagon! This is a sneak-peek of my daily abubuts. Parang nagka-camping lang diba? haha! I opted not to post my bag kasi madumi na siya. So let me share you the contents of my bag. Something personal indeed. :)

1. Blue Notebook. For taking down notes, orders, deadlines etc. I love the color and its polka dot design. This is also my planner/listahan ng utang/drawing book at kung ano-ano pa. hahaha!

2. Book. I've been reading Paulo Coehlo's Brida. My sister lent it to me. Iniisip ko kung ilang taon ko kaya matatapos tong book na to? hahaha!

3. Alcohol (or as Delle would say it, "alcoyoy"). Bawal germs. Bawal magkasakit!!!

4. Sunblock. This doesn't leave my bag. It's actually given by my boss' wife. Secret na lang yung brand ha?

5. Moisturizer. Actually, it's a moisturizer for face but I use it for my hands cause they get easily dry. Again given by my boss' wife. :P

6. Pouch. It's actually given by my classmate way back in college. Sapilitang arbor yan! hahaha! Oh the memories. Talagang hinabol habol ko pa siya sa corridor ng school ibigay lang nya saken ang pouch na yan. hahaha! I'd rather not post the contents inside kasi makalat siya at baka magulat kayo sa mga laman. hahaha!

7. Cologne. I got the scent from buddy Joy, whenever I'm not in the mood to wear perfume, this scent will do. The scent is almost similar to Incanto Shine.

8. Coin Purse. This was given to me by my good friend Ate Monette. Attached to it is my key card at the office.

9. My very cute-almost-looked-like-a-chocolate-bar pencil case. :D

10. Wallet. It's a Gucci hand-me-down from mother dear. Don't know if it's authentic though. Pero matibay to teh. hehehe! In this picture, I can't possibly close because it's filled with so many receipts, different cards and pictures. :)

11. Purple fan. A very affordable and convenient fan in the world! It's foldable eh!!

12. Wipes. I'm more comfortable having this with me instead your normal tissue.

13. Charger and Umbrella. Bawal malow-bat at maulanan. Lalo na ngayon, panahon ng baha at trapik!!!! kalerks!

14. Hairbrush. I had this since highschool. A quick tool for bad hair days. :)

I have the greatest siblings in the whole universe. Thank you kuya for my Chucks. You made my wish come true. And to my beloved sis, for fixing my blogspot layout. Galing galing talaga. Love you both! :D

I can't possibly find a perfect gift for you, so just let me dedicate this special blog for you, on your special day. Forgive me for any grammatical errors. hehehe! :)

I can still remember it clearly. Chemistry time. It started there. You're one ligalig student who can't find a comfortable seat. And I would forever be thankful to God that the seat on my left is unoccupied. That's the start. Talking during class, countless telebabad and three-way calling. I almost failed chemistry because of him. hahaha! Joke lang. Who would have thought that the guy I used to loathe on my sophomore year, would become one of my truly greatest friends. A friend that I know I would forever keep in my life. He was once a special guy for me, but he never made me feel awkward nor unwanted. I was never embarrassed when I'm with him because I know whatever stupid things I make, even if I eat a whole cake in front of him, I would remain his little darling bff.

That's him. Lord Monark Larion. Who would've thought that in span of 10 years or more, we would still remain in touch with each other. I'm sure that even if we cross different paths, have our own families someday, or be at entirely different places, he would always be beside me as I would be with him. Thank you bff. Not just for being there, but for making me feel welcome in every gimmick, in every "inuman sessions" with the barkada. I was never left-out because of you. Thank you for the times that you're letting me be there for you. For trusting my opinions and advices. For sharing my pain during my heartbreak. For looking after me on every trips out of town. For being the most generous or should I say "pinaka-galante kong kaibigan!" haha! For accepting me for who I am, and being my good friend all these years. You're the best. We may both have lots of things going on but on your special day, I would take this moment to let you know how special and loved you are. I wish you all the best in everything. Happy Birthday! ♥ :)

Note to self:

Thursday morning....

I was off to work and in a hurry as usual, I get to the shuttle terminal, relieved to see that there's no long-line for byaheng Crossing. Since I was in a hurry, I cannot wait for a shuttle to arrive so I took the cab which the barker told me na byahe siyang Crossing. 3 more passengers rode with me on the backseat, and since I was the last person to get in, I squeezed myself until I was able to close the door. I can feel na kalahati na lang ng butt ko yung naka-upo. I was sure that I'll be able to endure an hour of travel time with that position. May allowance ng heavy traffic yun.

Suddenly, while we are almost exiting Libis, I can feel my left leg cramping. Yung may kuryente galore na namimitig. Since my so-called-space only allowed me to move my arms and head, I can't possibly move my leg kahit onti lang para ma-stretch. Then after the "kuryente" running through my spine, sumakit na siya. I knew that I won't be able to move once I step out of the car but I was certain that I can stand. Confident talaga ako kasi may kanang binti pa naman eh hehehe. So when the driver dropped me off in front of the building, I stepped out of the car and to my surprise, I suddenly lost my balance, naiwan ko pa yung slippers ko sa loob ng taxi, hahaha! Nakakahiya. My leg was numb and I can't move them. My right leg also started to shake. I really can't stand at napasandal na ako sa taxi. I was sweating like crazy, a lot of people are already looking at me because my leg really started to hurt and I can't walk. I tried to grab the nearest sturdy thing I can put my weight to. Salamat kay "ate" na bigla ko na lang hinila kasi babagsak na talaga ako... sa lusak hahaha! I was barely standing on a slightly muddy area I might add. Thank you teh. Swak na swak ka sa hulog! Haha! I was able to stand when ate let go of my hand. Ay baligtad, ako pala nag let go sa kanya kasi super kapit ako. hahaha! I held on to a post. Stood there for about 3-5 minutes, a guy even tried to help me kasi mukha akong inaatake sa puso. I held on tightly at the post as I'm massaging my leg. He asked if I was okay and offered to assist me to enter the building. Out of pain, I tried my best to respond and I just told him that I can't walk. I heard him say "ay akala ko naman..." Tapos iniwan na niya ako. O diba? CNN Hero of the year sana siya! hahaha! Pero thank you pa ren. Kasi nag-effort siya. haha! I limped my way to the door where I can rest my leg. Ilang minutes pa then I started to try walking. It was really embarassing pero in fairness, a scary yet funny experience. First time, to feel that. Ganon pala kahirap yun.

I was just thankful that I didn't fall right after getting out of the cab. At least my leg is the only thing that I'm complaining, kung bumagsak ako siguro baka pati puwet ko masakit na ren.. or worse masagasaan ako ng taxi. And thankful too because may mga taong may mabubuting kalooban na willing tumulong. :)

Moral lesson, pag sikip na huwag na ipilit okay? hahaha! Kasehodang nagmamadali o hindi. There are lot of vehicles out there. You just have to patiently wait. :)
